30-Day Return Policy

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Return

1. Email support@143anniversary.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label
3. Pack the item and attach the label
4. Drop it off at any DHL location

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 additional business days for the funds to appear.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
